Summary: No matter if you are single, divorced, separated, or widowed, you are still loved by God.

Jeremiah 31:3

Topic: You are loved by God( A message to the singles)

To all my single brothers and sister in Christ, I want you to know that you are truly loved by God. You may not have a boyfriend, or a girlfriend, but you are truly loved by God. You may be divorced, separated, or widowed, but just know this one thing, you are truly loved by God. You may not have any friends to hang out with, or have someone to talk to, but despite of it all, you are still loved by God.

You see, the devil wants to stress you out because you happen to be single. The devil wants to stress you out just because you may not have a boyfriend, or girlfriend. The devil wants to stress you out because you may not be married, or that you are divorced, or separated , or widowed. Yes, the devil wants to make you fell less than a blessed man or woman of God just because you may not have a mate, friend or a companion in your life right now. But the devil is a lie! Despite of your marital status as a single man ,or as a single woman, you are still a blessed man, or blessed woman of God. It does not matter how old you are, if you are still single, God still loves you and you are still a blessed man or woman of God. It does not matter what race, ethnic, or nationality you may of, if you are still single, God still loves you, and you are still a blessed man or woman of God. It does not matter how much money or education you have, if you are still single, God still loves you and you are still a blessed man and woman of God. It does not matter where you live, what church you go to, or what denomination you are part of, if you are still single, God still loves you, and you are still a blessed man or woman of God!!!!! You see, God doesn’t just love those who are married, but he loves the single person as well. You see, God does not just bless those who are married, but he bless those who are single as well.

And to all my single brothers and sisters in Christ, you may not have a boyfriend or girlfriend, you may not have husband or wife as of yet…. But just know this one thing you are still special unto the Lord. You are special because you are a child of God.

You are special because you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation. A peculiar person unto God, who should show forth praises of Him who has called you out of darkness into the marvelous light.

You are special because you are a saint of God.

You are special because you are a new creature in Christ.

You are special because you are a friend of Jesus Christ.

You are special because you have been blessed with every spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ Jesus.

You are special because you have fellowship with the God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.

You are special because you are an heir, and joint-heir with Christ.

You are special because you are victorious in Christ Jesus.

You are special because you are more than a conqueror in Lord Jesus Christ.

You are special because in Christ Jesus, you have peace with God.

You are special because in Christ Jesus, you are made righteous and holy

You are special because in Christ Jesus, you are justified by faith.

You are special because in Christ Jesus, you are free from condemnation.

You are special because in Christ Jesus, you have been delivered from the kingdom of Satan and brought into the kingdom of God.

You are special because you have been indwelled, baptized, sealed, and filled with the Holy Spirit.

You are special because you are a workmanship of God.

You are special because your sins has been forgiven by God, you have salvation in Christ, and you have eternal life.

Last but not least, you are special because in Christ Jesus, you are blessed in the city, and blessed in the field, you are blessed going in and blessed going out. You are the head and not the tail, you are above, and not beneath.

Yes, as a single man or a single woman of God, you are still special unto the Lord. Don’t let the devil bring you down just because you are not married yet. The day that you will get married will come in God’s own time. He will send you the mate that is just right for you. But in the meantime, while you are yet sill single, develop, cultivate, and strengthen your relationship with God through prayer, bible study, worship, and living according to the Word of God. Also, don’t spend all your waking moments at home waiting for someone to call you and take you out. If nobody calls you to take you out, you go out and you do some things yourself. For example, you could save your money and travel to a city, or country that you never gone before. Go to a museum, eat out at a restaurant, buy yourself some new clothes or go out and get a makeover, start a business, walk in the park, work out in a gym, visit the library, take some classes from the nearby university or college, learn a new language, go to a nice gospel play or concert, or to a nice jazz concert, go to the movies. In other words, what I am trying to tell you my single brother and sister in Christ enjoy your life while you are single. Take good care of yourself while you are single. Save, invest and spend your money wisely while you are single. Learn, and discover new things while you are single. But most of all, while you are single, always keep your relationship with God the foremost in your life, trust in Him, and live according to His Word. You see, you don’t have to take your clothes off, or sip some cherry wine to enjoy life, you can enjoy life in the Lord because Jesus Christ came that we might life, and have it more abundantly.

So as I close this message, always do what Psalm 37:3-5 says. It says to “trust in the Lord, and do good: so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed. Delight thyself also in the Lord; and he shall give thee the desires of your heart. Commit thy way unto the Lord, trust also in him, and he shall bring it to pass. May God bless and keep you always.
