Summary: Through Jesus Christ our savior, the knowledge and wisdom of God is ours for the asking.

We as Christians have come to a comfortableness with God. We treat him as casual, which causes us to bear hardship we shouldn’t endure. Only because we fail to be as strong as God expects us to be. We hate correction. We turn our nose up at the correction of God through his prophets and preachers, when in all actuality God has already told you several times the same thing the prophet or preacher told you but you just wouldn’t listen. Then God sends someone and we still don’t listen. Then we get hurt because of our disobedience.

We were not designed by God to be wishy washy and unstructured. We are the image of the Holy One. He is in us. We are children of God, just as Jesus and the same thing that strengthened him strengthens us...the HOLY SPIRIT

Job 5:17-18

Happy if corrected, he makes you sore and binds you up. He wounds but makes us whole.

He gives strengh to endure and wisdom to overcome. He binds up and makes whole. He gives us an inner-working ability to overcome, endure and be strong so when trials come and we are successful in the trial we will glorify him. Our disobedience and lack of knowledge causes a lot of our trials.

Do you know how to claim the promises of God?

Visualize the promise believe and let yourself have it.

When salvation comes what is next?

1 tell someone (friend, brother, sister, cousin; whoever, just how wonderful it feels to be free. Ask Them, why don’t you try him?

2 Next they will pull out the big guns and mow you down. They will tell you that they don’t need Jesus.

3 Then we say, I bet I don’t do that again. I won’t tell anyone else about Jesus.

4 I bet you will and guess what, you’ll be mowed down again, again and again. Think about the disciples, why after torture, pain and suffering they kept telling people about Jesus?

Wisdom and knowledge. Their knowlesge of God, destiny, purpose, blessings and the undescribable feeling they had in God’s presence. Where does this come from?

Psalm 111:10 Fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do his commandments: his praise endureth forever.

Respect, fear and worship of God is the beginning of wisdom and skill (power) and all that do his will know their praise will endure forever.

Fear and reverance: a feeling of profound awe and respect.

Hebrews 12:28-29 God arouses a feeling of reverance in all who worship and serve him.

Reverance is the beginning and very being of wisdom and knowledge.

God’s wisdom and knowledge is not what you know, it’s who you know, it’s Jesus.

Plato’s school had a sign over the door that read, "NO ONE ENTER WHO IS NOT A GEOMETRICIAN(a specialist in geometry)."

The who you know (Jesus) makes you welcome even if you’re uneducated, simple, foolish, young. There is a condition to the hospitality. Once you get in you need to hear, and increase in learning.

Visualize what you want and let yourself have it.
