Summary: The goal of this message is to show how The DVC concept of Jesus is wrong. Our Jesus is God!

Who Is Jesus, Really?

Breaking The Da Vinci Code -1

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. In him was life, and that life was the light of men. The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth. - John 1:1-4,14

Prayer…

In 2003 Dan Brown wrote a Novel called, ‘The Da Vinci Code…’ SINCE – that time it has sold over 40 million copies (it’s the best selling adult novel of all time), it is estimated that over 60 million people have read the book… (I bought a paperback copy at Sams about 2 months ago for $6 and 3 people have read that one copy). The Movie starring Tom Hanks and Directed by Ron Howard opened 5 weeks ago and as of this weekend has made over 200 million domestic and almost 500 million overseas.

Now – I must admit that aside from the attacks on my faith, I really enjoyed reading the book… It’s was a good read, a thriller, a page turner, I had a hard time putting it down… IN FACT - I blew through the 489 pages of this paperback in about 3 days. AND - last Saturday I went over to Waterford Lakes (armed with Chocolate covered almonds, popcorn and a medium Mr Pibb) and saw the movie… AND DESPITE – being pretty much blasted by all the critiques, I thought it was a pretty good movie.

THOUGH – I did find it troubling at times watching my faith and my Savior get attacked, blasted and slandered - wondering what those seated around me were thinking.

• Were they buying the movie’s premise?

• Were the seeking some kind of answer to life

OR – like me were they just watching what they knew was simply the product of a Hollywood’s performance and one man’s imagination.

NOW - as e begin our study – I want to do 3 things. FIRST – give you the theme verse for this 3 week study of the DVC… SECOND – state what it is that I hope to accomplish in our time together and THIRD – answers a few preliminary questions…

OKAY – here’s the verse. It’d be cool if you’d memorize it…

...In your hearts set apart Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect… - 1 Peter 3:15

AND MY GOAL – these next few weeks; is to ignite and fan into a flame; both your faith and your hope so that you will be about to do just that… GIVE – everyone who asks you (beginning with yourself), the REASONS why you believe and have such a great, powerful and living hope!

NOW – for the preliminary questions that I think we need to answer before we can launch out into this study…

QUESTION # 1 – what is the book about?

The book opens with the murder of the curator of the Lourve by an albino monk named Silas. The curator is the Grand Master of a secret society known as the Priory of Sion, before he dies he leaves clues on his body and on some of Leonardo’s Da Vinci paintings.

Robert Langdon, a Harvard professor and expert in symbolism is called in by the French police to interpret the strange symbol left on the body of the victim. He’s joined by a young cryptologist named Sophie, who warns Robert that he is the prime suspect in the murder.

The 2 of them quickly realize that the victim (who is also Sophie’s grandfather) has left clues for them to follow, and as they figure out the coded instructions, they find out that the crime is linked to the search for the Holy Grail. They manage to escape the Lourve and the heavily guarded crime scene and they then go to the house of English scholar who is leaving in France, his name Sir Leigh Teabing…

Teabing with great Enthusiasm tells Langdon and Sophie a lot of stuff… Most of which really ticks me off… The main point of Teabing’s instruction is that the Holy Grail is not a cup but rather it’s a person. He even tells them that he has a picture of that person and he leads them to a room where a copy of LDV Last Supper Is Hanging.

Teabing tells them that the person sitting to the right of Jesus is not the apostle John but rather Mary of Mandela and that she was married to Jesus and they had a daughter named Sarah. According to Teabing Jesus was a mortal man and not the Son of God and Teabing also claims that Jesus intended Mary Magdalene to lead the church but “Peter had a problem with that,” thus she was declared a prostitute and cut out of the role of leadership. The she and her daughter went to live in France. According to Teabing the Catholic Church beginning with Emperor Constantine at the Council of Nicaea… has covered up this secret for centuries.

Teabing also says that that the Priory Of Sion, a secret society has the body of Mary and all the documents to prove this, and that they are keeping them safe until the right time to expose this lie to the world.

Leonardo Da Vinci according to Teabing was a member of The Priory Of Sion, and he used his well-known painting on the last supper to conceal many clues to this truth… The movie then continues with a chase to find the grail before, the church (through Opus Dei) can destroy the evidence for all time.

QUESTIONS #2 – what are the underlying conclusions of The Da Vinci Code?

• Jesus is not God, he was just a man…

• The bible cannot be trusted

• Jesus was married to Mary Magdalena and had a child named Sarah

• The church has covered up this secret for centuries…

QUESTION #3- why has the DVC been so popular?

I think there are several reasons…

1. It’s a pretty good book… IN FACT – I’d have to say that I agree with the quote from People magazine on the back of this book… “A pulse-quickening, brain teasing adventure…”

2. Many people today are skeptical about the church, about organized religion and about anyone who has power or authority (especially the Roman Catholic Church) – AND - therefore they are quick to embrace any and every reason they can find to attack and doubt them.

3. The culture of conspiracy… A lot of people today loves conspiracies… AND - the DVC is full of secret societies, cover ups and centuries old conspiracy.

4. Many people today are searching for something even if they do not know what that something is…

QUESTION #4 – is anyone actually buying into this theory?

ANSWER - yes…

• A survey done in Canada in 2005 found that 1 out of every three Canadians believe that the theories outlined in The Da Vinci code are true.

• AND – according to George Barna 53% of Americans who have read the book say that they have found it helpful in their personal spiritual growth and understanding.

• In Britain 60% of the people who have read the book said that believed that Jesus was married and had children and that his bloodline survives to this day

• DAN BROWN – believes it…

In an interview in a National Geographic documentary on The Da Vinci Code, Brown said:

“I began as a sceptic. As I started researching Da Vinci Code I really thought I would disprove a lot of this theory about Mary Magdalene and holy blood and all of that. I became a believer…”

Matt Lauer: how much is this based on reality, in terms of things that actually occurred?

Dan Brown: said aside from the fictional characters, “absolutely all of it…”

QUESTION #5 – Why are so many buying into (and believing) the stuff in the DVC?

WELL – because of some of the reasons we already listed… skepticism about the church, suspicion about all authority, the love of conspiracy… AND – because of how Brown presents his book…

FACT…

The Priory of Sion – a European secret society founded in 1099

is a real organization… In 1975 Paris National Library discovered parchments

known as Les Dossiers Secrets; identifying numerous members of the Priory of Sion, including Sir Isaac Newton, Victor Hugo and Leonardo Da Vinci…

All descriptions of artwork, architecture,

Documents and secret rituals in this novel are accurate…

AGAIN – a lot of people are taking what is said in the DVC as fact…

BUT – before we decide to base our beliefs on a book written by one man 3 years ago over THIS BOOK that has stood the test of time… WE – need to ask ourselves, “Is this book, The DVC really all that trustworthy”

NOW – throughout our study I will point out some of the errors, mistakes, misrepresentations, truth twisting and out right lies in the DVC. There are many. I MEAN - we will not come close to even covering them all… BUT – I want to share just a few… Some of them I found in articles not by Christian Scholars but in Newsweek and The website ‘How Stuff Works’ they did a feature called How The DVC doesn’t work…

• The DVC says that that the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered in the 1950s (page 234). FACT - they were actually found in 1947. The DVC also refers to these scrolls as among “the earliest Christian records” (page 245). FACT - these scrolls are Jewish, with nothing Christian in them.

The DVC says that the pyramid outside of the Louvre contains 666 glass panels. FACT – the pyramid contains 793 panels.

• The DVC says that the Priory of Sion was founded in 1099 to protect the truth about the bloodline of Mary of Magdalene… FACT - it was founded by a guy named Pierre Plantard in 1956. Who managed to plant forged documents in the French National Library that claimed it was in existence since 1099. Plantard later admitted under oath in 1993 that he made the entire thing up.

• In the DVC the character Sophie lifts the painting Madonna of the Rocks off the wall to use as a shield, the DVC says it was 5 feet tall. And as she threatens to push her knee through the painting the canvas begins bulge in the middle… FACT – the Madonna of the Rocks is mounted on wood, weighs 300 pounds and is 6 ½ feet high. That would be kind of hard for Sophie to pick up or bend (all descriptions of artwork are accurate).

QUESTION #6 – why should we spend 3 weeks talking about the DVC?

I MEAN – aren’t we just buying into all the hype like everyone else? NO – we are seizing and opportunity to do 3 things;

• Strengthen the foundation of our faith…

YOU SEE - the core attacks against our faith in the DVC are not new. Jesus is not God and you can’t trust the bible… The church has heard this attacks for centuries… BUT – you and I need to know how to answers those questions for ourselves and for those who ask…

• To help us better engage our culture

IN – Acts 17 Paul is on a missionary journey and he cruises into Athens… a cool, hip, trendy, starbucs kind of city… AND – Paul engages the culture in his talk on Mars Hill he even quotes some their own poets

• To win people to Christ

By showing them that He really is the Way, the Truth and the life…

In our time remaining today, I want to talk answer the question – Who Is Jesus Really?

NEXT WEEK – we will answer the question, ‘Can we trust the bible?’

AND IN WEEK THREE - I will finish taking apart this ‘supposed’ conspiracy the DVC is built on and then I will talk about what is REALLY going on in this world… WHAT – our God IS DOING… AND – what he invites us (you & me) to be a part of… In a message called, The Divine Conspiracy…

ALRIGHT – take a deep breathe….

OKAY – let’s hit it again…

UNDERSTAND – for nearly 2,000 years the question… that we find Jesus asking His followers in Matthew 16 has continued to echo… “Who do you say that I am?”

NOW – before I tell you how I would answer that question… “Who do you say that I am?” LET – me tell you who the DVC (a book that has and is influencing people) says that Jesus is. IN - chapter 55 of the DVC… Langdon and Sophie are at the home of Sir Leigh Teabing. Teabing is talking about The Council Of Nicaea. Which we will talk about in just a minute and which I also has a fact sheet that you can pick up in the foyer after church…

“At this gathering,” Teabing said, “many aspects of Christianity were debated and voted upon – the date of Easter, the role of bishops, the administration of sacraments, and of course, the divinity of Jesus.”

“I don’t follow. His divinity?”

“My dear,” Teabing declared, “until that moment in history. Jesus was viewed by His followers as a mortal prophet… a great and powerful man, but a man nonetheless. A mortal.”

“Not the Son of God?”

“Right,” Teabing said, “Jesus’ establishment as the ‘Son of God’ was officially proposed and voted on by the Council of Nicaea.”

“Hold on. You’re saying Jesus’ divinity was the result of a vote?”

“A relatively close vote at that,” Teabing added. “Nonetheless, establishing Christ’s divinity was critical to the further unification of the Roman empire and to the new Vatican power base. By officially endorsing Jesus as the Son of God, Constantine turned Jesus into a deity who existed beyond the scope of the world, an entity whose power was unchallengeable… Many scholars claim that the early church literally stole Jesus from his original followers, hijacking His human message, shrouding it in an impenetrable cloak of divinity and using to expand their own power.”

“Constantine upgraded Jesus’ status almost 4 centuries after Jesus’ death, thousands of documents already existed chronicling His life as a mortal man…almost everything our Fathers taught us about Christ is false…”

Wow… QUESTION…

• How does that make you feel?

• How would you answer or respond to Teabing?

• Is any of it true?

YES – some of it is true… YOU SEE - Brown is a master at taking a little bit of truth, putting it in a bowl… AND THEN - stirring in large doses of Mickey Mouse…

YES – it is true that…

• There was a Roman emperor named Constantine

• And yes, he did gather 300 plus bishops in Nicaea in 325 AD

• And yes they did take a vote about Jesus being fully equal to God

HOWEVER…

(and I have much more detail about this in the fact sheet)

• The vote was not close… LISTEN – there was no need to look for hanging or dimpled chads in Nicaea… The vote was 316-2.

• The 1000’s of documents chronicling Christ life as a mortal man simply do not exist. Yes there are about 5 Gnostic Gospels (we’ll talk about them some next week) but they were written anywhere from 150-250 years after Christ and they do not teach that Jesus was a man.

• And it is not true that until that moment in history Jesus was considered by his followers to be just a man… How do we know… FIRST – we have the NT Gospels… Matthew, Luke and Mark we all written before 60 AD SECOND – we have the testimony of the early church fathers… Ignatius – “God himself was manifested in human form…” (AD 105) Clement – “It is fitting that you should think of Jesus Christ as God” (AD 150) Justin Martyr – “The Father of the universe has a Son. And He…is even God” (AD 160) Irenaeus - “He is God for the name Emmanuel indicates this” (AD 180)… THIRD – we have the persecution of the early church beginning in ~ 60 AD.

LIKE – I said a little truth a lot of Disney…

LET - me share a few of the reasons why I know that Jesus is GOD…

What Other People Said About Him…

Isaiah

The Lord himself will choose the sign. Look! The virgin will conceive a child! She will give birth to a son and will call him Immanuel--`God is with us.’ - Is 7:14

For a child is born to us, a son is given to us. And the government will rest on his shoulders. These will be his royal titles: Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. – Is 9:6 (NLT)

(ISAIAH - spoke 700 years before Christ’s birth and clearly said that Jesus was God… Immanuel--`God is with us.’ Mighty God, Everlasting Father those sound like Go to me)

AND - the people I am going to quote now were eyewitnesses to Jesus… They knew, saw, heard and watched Jesus up close and personal. What they say about Jesus should carry some weight.

I MEAN – let’s just say you know nothing about Jesus. Which would you be likely to believe… someone who knew Jesus, and wrote about in him within 30 years or someone who wrote hundreds of years later or in Dan Brown’s case 2000 years later…

Checkout what they said about Him…

John The Baptist

I was there and saw the Spirit come down on him like a dove from heaven. And the Spirit stayed on him. 33Before this I didn’t know who he was. But the one who sent me to baptize with water had told me, "You will see the Spirit come down and stay on someone. Then you will know that he is the one who will baptize with the Holy Spirit." 34I saw this happen, and I tell you that he is the Son of God… - John 1:29-34

Paul

For in Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form, and you have been given fullness in Christ, who is the head over every power and authority.

– Col 2:9,10

The Apostle John

From the very first day, we were there, taking it all in--we heard it with our own ears, saw it with our own eyes, verified it with our own hands. The Word of Life appeared right before our eyes; we saw it happen! And now we’re telling you in most sober prose that what we witnessed was, incredibly, this: The infinite Life of God himself took shape before us. We saw it, we heard it, and now we’re telling you so you can experience it along with us, this experience of communion with the Father and his Son, Jesus Christ. -1 John 1:1-3 (Msg)

Peter

Simon Peter, a servant and apostle of Jesus Christ, To those who through the righteousness of our God and Savior Jesus Christ have received a faith as precious as ours: - 2 Peter 1:1

The second reason WHY I know that Jesus is God is because of;

What Jesus Said About Himself…

AND LISTEN – despite modern opinion and propaganda Jesus clearly said that He was God… That He and the Father were the same.

I and the Father are one. – John 10:10

Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father! John 14:9 (NLT)

AND – in John 8 Jesus makes this truth (that he is God) so clear… THAT - the Jewish leaders begin to pick up stones and try to kill Him. BUT – before I tell you what He said, let me rewind the tape about 1,400 years.

MOSES – is standing before the burning bush… God has called this 80 year man to come out of hiding, to leave the desert, to return to Egypt and deliver HIS people… AND – we read the following in Exodus 3:13,14;

Moses said to God, "Suppose I go to the Israelites and say to them, ’The God of your fathers has sent me to you,’ and they ask me, ’What is his name?’ Then what shall I tell them?" God said to Moses, "I am who I am . This is what you are to say to the Israelites: ’I AM has sent me to you.’ "

UNDERSTAND - ’I AM… Is the proper name for God in Hebrew (Yahweh…) AND – 4 times in John 8 Jesus applies this title of God to Himself. HE FIRST – does it when the Jewish leaders object to Him saying that He was the light of the world… “Hey, we only have your word on this… and who are you… no one, so what you said is not true…”

“I am one who testifies for myself; my other witness is the Father, who sent me.” - John 8:18

I think that is pretty cool… “Who am I, I’m God and I testify for me” AND – here are the other 3 times… TRY – to picture the reaction of the Jewish leaders to these words.

“I told you that you would die in your sins; if you do not believe that I am the one I claim to be, you will indeed die in your sins.” – John 8:24

So Jesus said, “When you have lifted up the Son of Man, then you will know that I am the one I claim to be…” – John 8:28

“I tell you the truth,” Jesus answered, “before Abraham was born, I am!”

JESUS – told them 4 times in this encounter that he was Yahweh…. AND – this is how John says that encounter ended….

At this, they picked up stones to stone him, but Jesus hid himself, slipping away from the temple grounds.

YES – I know that Jesus is God, because of what other people said about Him and because of what He said about himself… AND LISTEN – as people are faced with these claims about Jesus there are only four possibilities. UNDERSTAND – Jesus was either a liar, a lunatic, a legend or the truth. AND – anyone who says that Jesus is not the truth, is automatically embracing one of the other three alternatives (whether they realize it or not). SO – let’s briefly look at those alternatives and see if they hold water.

OKAY – one possibility is that Jesus lied when He said that he was God… Jesus knew he wasn’t God but He deliberately deceived his hearers so that His teaching would have more clout. NOW - few if any people seriously hold this position. I MEAN – even those who deny His deity admit that Jesus was a great moral teacher. BUT UNDERSTAND - Jesus could hardly be a great moral teacher if, on the most crucial point of His teaching – His identity – he was a deliberate liar. He’d be a hypocrite because He told others to be honest, whatever the cost, while He Himself taught and lived a colossal lie. And, more than he’d be down right evil - because told people to trust Him for their eternal destiny, but he could not back up those claims (no better then David Koresh)

What about the possibility that Jesus was a lunatic… SURE – that could explain someone thinking that they are God. BUT – as we look at the life of Christ, do we see any evidence of Him being a lunatic. NO – we don’t, instead we see a someone who seems to always be in control of himself… Someone who can handle incredibly stressful situations with great composure… AND – we see someone who spoke more rational, powerful and undeniable truth then anyone who has ever lived…

OKAY - that leaves us with the possibility that Jesus claiming to be God was just a legend…

HEY – I am sure we have all heard the popular theory… SURE - Jesus lived and was a great guy… BUT - His followers got a little carried away and in the 3rd and 4th century… AND – sitting around campfires put words into His mouth that he would have been shocked to hear…

BUT LISTEN – this legend theory holds no water… BECAUSE – it is a proven fact that the Gospels were not written in the 3rd or 4th century but a mere 20-30 years after the cross. THEREFORE – people who knew Jesus were alive at the time these accounts were written… AND – if he never claimed to be God, those claims would have quickly died out.

QUESTION – how successful do you think anyone would be today who claimed that JFK said that He was God, before he was killed in 1962… and that he rose from the dead and is living on a secret Island with Elvis Presley and Marilyn Monroe? WHY – would that claim never take hold? BECAUSE – there are people alive today who knew JFK…

SO – if Jesus wasn’t a liar, nor a lunatic or a legend… That leaves just one option… Jesus was the truth… I love how CS Lewis puts it…

"I am trying to prevent anyone from saying the really foolish thing that people often say about Him: "I’m ready to accept Jesus as a great moral teacher, but I don’t accept His claim to be God." That is the one thing we must not say… You can shut Him up for a fool, you can spit at Him and kill Him as a demon; or you can fall at His feet and call Him Lord and God. But let us not come with any patronizing nonsense about him being a great human teacher. He has not left that open to us. He did not intend to. (C.S. Lewis, Mere Christianity)

AND – the 3rd reason that I know that Jesus is God is because of;

What Jesus Did…

NOW - I need to hit these pretty quick…

1) Performed miracles

IN – the N.T. we see Jesus performing all kinds of miracles… Controlling nature, multiplying food, healing the sick, raising the dead… Most of the time these miracles were done right in front of skeptics. AND INTERESTINGLY – no one ever denied that Jesus did miracles, they just tried to say that the power to do it, did not come from God.

3) Fulfilled Prophecies

There are over 100 prophecies in the OT about Jesus. Prophecies about his birth, his ministry, his teachings and his death… AND – because of the Dead Sea Scrolls we now have manuscripts of these prophecies that date 100 or more years before Christ birth…

In his book, Science Speaks, Peter Stoner applies the modern science of probability to just eight prophecies regarding Jesus. He says, "The chance that any man might have .fulfilled all eight prophecies is one in 10 to the 17th. That would be 1 in 100,000,000,000,000,000." (one hundred quadrillion)… OKAY – that’s a big number… let’s try to get our mind around it…

• 10 to the 17th silver dollars would cover the entire state of Texas 2 feet deep

• If we marked one coin and then blindfolded a guy and told Him he had one chance to picked the marked coin

• That is the same odds as any 8 prophecies come true in the life of one man… (unless something supernatural was going on).

3) Rose From The Dead

NOW - many theories have been proposed over the years as to why the tomb is empty, all of which are weak and far fetched. And each one requires that the disciples be part of a cover up as they promoted, preached and died for what they knew was a lie.

The tomb is empty;

“I am telling you this now before it happens, so that when it happens you will believe that I am He” – John 13:19

4) He Changed History

LISTEN – every time you write a check… every time hallmark prints a calendar… every time the Orlando Sentinel prints a newspaper… every time the ball drops in Times Square… People are testifying to the person and life of Jesus Christ. THINK – about it all time revolves around Jesus (BC/AD)…

QUESTION – if God ever put on flesh and came to earth wouldn’t you expect to live the most amazing life? AND - wouldn’t you expect Him to stand out among all the billions of people who have ever lived…? QUESTION – is there such a man?

Historian Philip Schaff described the overwhelming influence which Jesus had on both history and the world:

“This Jesus of Nazareth, without money and arms, conquered more millions than Alexander, Caesar, Mohammed, and Napoleon; without science…he shed more light on things human and divine than all philosophers and scholars combined; without the eloquence of schools, he spoke such words of life as were never spoken before or since, and produced effects which lie beyond the reach of orator or poet; without writing a single line, he set more pens in motion and furnished themes for more sermons, orations, discussions, learned volumes, works of art, and songs of praise than the whole army of great men of ancient and modern times.”

There is a question in your notes…

What Difference Does It Make?

Whether or not Jesus is God… IT – makes all the difference in the world…

If only for this life we have hope in Christ, we are to be pitied more than all men. – 1 Cor 15:19

UNDERSTAND - Paul is saying… that IF Jesus is not who He claimed to be… IF – he was not God then all of it is just a huge waste of time…( Your prayer, worship and service are meaningless) AND – it gets worse… if Jesus is not God it’s all a lie… your sins are not forgiven… and you are not going to heaven. If only for this life we have hope in Christ, we are to be pitied more than all men. – 1 Cor 15:19

BUT – it is not a lie… Jesus is God…

HOWEVER – if I could be straight with you for a moment… EVEN THOUGH – Jesus is God, even though He did rise from the dead… Many believers are still living pitiful lives… WHY? BECAUSE – they have allowed this world to place doubts in their minds about who Jesus really is…

LOOK UP - what I am saying is, that a lot of believers (and maybe you are one of them) are NOT really living like the one they; Love, Follow, Serve, Sing to and worship is God! NO – they are not living like their Jesus is the same Mighty God who caused Isaiah to fall to His knees and angels to shout, “Holy, Holy, Holy is the Lord God Almighty, who was and is and is to come! AND INSTEAD - they are living their lives as though Jesus was just a nice guy, who did nice things 2,000 years ago but is not around today to do anything significant.…

I MEAN – there is no bounce in their step, no strut in their stride, no life in their hope, no confidence in their future, no security in their true identity.

BUT GUYS – it is my prayer that our time together today has help to remove any doubts that this world has put in your mind about who Jesus is.. [Tim…] – the Jesus that you; Love, Follow, Serve, Sing to and worship… is God!

• HE - is the Alpha and the Omega… the beginning and the end.

• He is the mighty God

• He is Creator of all that we see

• He is the light of the world

• He is holy, mighty, all-powerful, all-knowing

• HE always has been and He always will be

• He is our mighty fortress

• He is a friend that sticks closer than a brother

• He is the Kings of King & Lord of Lords..

• LISTEN - Jesus holds the world together… and he can hold our lives together…

Jesus is huge… holy… mighty… He is God

AND – because he is God this means….that He

• Has all the answers

• Can deliver what he promised

• Provide all that you need

• Forgive all your sins

• Protect you from those who seek to harm you

• Bring peace to any conflict

• Conquer any problem

• Calm any storm

• Defeat any enemy

• What He said is true

• What He said He would do…he will do

• LIKE – cracking the sky, riding in on a white horse to take you to be with him forever

CHURCH

• It’s time to put some bounce in our steps

• Some strut in our stride

• Some life in our hope

• Some confidence in our future

• Some joy in our circumstances

• Some security in our true worth and identity

OUR - Jesus is God…!
