Isaiah 44 - NIV
All who make idols are nothing,
and the things they treasure are worthless.
Those who would speak up for them are blind;
they are ignorant, to their own shame.
Such a person feeds on ashes; a deluded heart misleads him;
he cannot save himself, or say,
“Is not this thing in my right hand a lie?”

Idolatry don't necessarily mean falling down before an image which common scents tells us is wrong, but today there are a lot of people worshipping any number of things other than the True and living God, to some it's money, to some it's their possessions

The commandment against idolatry is "good news". It was not given because God enjoyed saying, "You can’t do this" and "you can’t do that either". The commandment against idol worship is at the top of the list after worshipping God because idols are counte
