  • Family: My family consists of my husband Trevor and I, three sons,three grandchildren, two mothers, a sister and two brothers umpteen nieces, nephews and cousins as well as two noisy messy dogs.
  • What my parents think of my sermons: My mother is biased and loves everything I do.
  • What my spouse (really) thinks of my sermons: He is very supportive and believes in me. He enjoys my sermons.
  • Best advice given to me about preaching: Study people that do it well then develop your own style.
  • Books that have had an impact: The bible.
  • Hobbies: I love to write so I have two novel and a illustrated picture book for children. I am currently working on the next novel. I play the keyboard and write songs for our church and we have done one C.D and are hoping to improve with the next.
  • If I could Preach one more time, I would say...: Love God and love others.
  • Something funny that happened while preaching: Drawn a blank will come back to this when I can think of something.
  • What I want on my tombstone: Jesus freak!

    The commandment Jesus left us with is to love God and love others. In general we find it much easier to love God than we do loving others. Why is that? We have an enemy and when we realize his tactics we are better placed to fulfill Jesus' command.

    There is nothing more important than seeking the presence of God. It is our highest call.
