About David
  • Education: I hold a Bachelor Degree in Bible Studies from New Life Bible College & Seminary.
  • Experience: I have been a church pastor since 1991. I also work in Christian radio broadcasting. I produce a daily gospel music program carried by 9 radio stations.
  • Comment to those looking at my sermons: I strongly believe in the need to include stories in my sermons. By chopping the story up into pieces to coincide with the points of the message, it keeps the listeners attention and better drives home the point of the sermon. They seem to remember the message better if it is wrapped around a good story.
  • Family: My wife and I have 3 sons and a daughter as well as 10 grandchildren. Our church family consists of about 50 members.
  • Hobbies: Raising rabbits and donkeys.
  • What I want on my tombstone: 1Kings 22:14 and 2 Timothy 4:2

Many churches are missing people who used to worship there. Are they doing anything about it? This sermon addresses that question.

Do You Know A Lost Sheep? Matthew 18:12-14 [12]What do you think? If a man has a hundred sheep, and one of them goes astray, does he not leave the ninety-nine and go to the mountains to seek the one that is straying? Should We Be Tithing? Malachi 3:6-12 [6]"For I am the Lord, I do not change; Therefore you are not consumed, O sons of Jacob. [7] Yet from the days of your fathers You have gone away from My ordinances and have not kept them. Return to Me, and I will return to you," says the Lord of ...read more

  • The Leaven

I preached this sermon after serving Communion. We always use unleavened bread for Communion because that is what was served at the Last Supper. The sermon deals with what Jesus described as leaven beliefs.

The Leaven Mark 8:14-16 14 Now the disciples had forgotten to take bread, and they did not have more than one loaf with them in the boat. [15] Then He charged them, saying, "Take heed, beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and the leaven of Herod." [16] And they reasoned among ...read more
