Sometimes we are so busy we simply do not find the time to slow down, pause, or stop long enough to rest and listen to God. Yet, since time began, God has offered us all the opportunity to rest.

Physical rest and spiritual rest are essential for each and every one of us. God has given you the freedom to choose to rest, to be still, to know that God is God.
