About Donny
  • Education: Global University.
  • Experience: 7 years as an Evangelist and 12 years as a Senior Pastor.
  • Comment to those looking at my sermons: I hope they will be a blessing to you and that you will preach them the way they ought to be preached. They say that if you preach someone elses sermon you are a thief, but if you do it many times you are a genius. I value others creativity and hope that they will feel the same about mine.
  • Sermon or series that made a difference: I love to preach on Salvation, Baptism of the Holy Spirit, Healing, and The Imminent Return of our Lord. For the last 3-4 years I have preached several messages on dream’s, and being a dreamer. I teach my series’s studies on Wednesday night’s.
  • One of my favorite illustrations: I have too many to mention. I use illustrations (written, video, prop’s or play acted) in some way in every message. Christ was a great illustrator and we should be also.
  • Family: Wife, Three children, 5 grandchildren, I am a blessed man.
  • What my parents think of my sermons: They attend my church and my Dad is my District Suprentendient. They are very complementive of my ministry. They say my messages are creative, anointed, and directed of the Holy Spirit.
  • What my spouse (really) thinks of my sermons: She thinks that I am a good preacher. She takes pride in knowing that I pray and seek God for a word for our church. She would probably also say that some are better than others.
  • Best advice given to me about preaching: If it does not touch you, it will not touch them. Always use the pulpit to build people and not to target them. Divide the word of God truthfully and never compromise the truth because of conflict. The truth of the word will bring conflict because it is a two-edged sword.
  • Books that have had an impact: The Pentecostal Pastor, but the greatest influence in my ministry has been my daily study of the Bible.
  • Hobbies: Hunting, Fishing, Firearms, & golf.
  • If I could Preach one more time, I would say...: It has been worth it all to follow Christ and to proclaim the life changing power of Jesus.
  • What I want on my tombstone: He is not here, but he is risen.
