About gaylon
  • Education: I am a graduate of Dallas Baptist University and Dallas Theological Seminary.
  • Experience: I served at Prestonwood Baptist Church of Dallas under the late Dr. Billy Webber as a Bus Ministry intern (1987-88). After that, I served as Pastor of Discipleship and Evangelism at the historic Concord Baptist Church for 11 years (1989-2000). My pastor and mentor there was Dr. E. K. Bailey, founder of the E. K. Bailey Ministries International Conference on Expository Preaching held annually in Dallas, Texas. I have been the Lead Pastor of Greater Mount Zion Baptist in Austin since May of 2000.
