  • Family: I have a wonderful wife, Susan, and two beautiful daughters. Misty, our oldest, is living in LA with her husband and my three AWESOME grandkids, and Lysa, our youngest, is in school here in Frederick.

  • What my spouse (really) thinks of my sermons: Half the time -- GOOD JOB! The other half, not so much!

  • Hobbies: I like football, fantasy football, and sudoku.
  • Something funny that happened while preaching: I was using a radio to show that we need to "tune in" to God. I was talking about how the Holy Spirit gives us the "power" to do that, and that when the connection is broken, we cannot listen anymore. Someone had put batteries in the radio, and so when I unplugged it, it kept playing!
  • What I want on my tombstone: Sausage and mushrooms
