• Education: Marvin Patterson received a General Bible Diploma from the Liberty Home Bible Institute in Lynchburg, Va. A bachelor of theology degree from Piedmont Baptist College,in Winston Salem, NC, a Master of Arts from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry Degree from Luther Rice Seminary, from Lithonia Georgia. He is presently working on a second doctorate from Liberty University in Lychbur, VA.
• Experience: Marvin has served in full time Christian service for twenty two years. He has served as a youth pastor, an associate pastor ,and now as senior pastor.
• Family: Marvin Patterson is married to Wanda Patterson. They celebrated twenty-six years of marriage this past year. They have one daughter, Karen who is 23 years old.
• Best advice given to me about preaching: Preach the word!
• Hobbies: Fishing and hunting.
