About Nicholas
  • Education: Catholic grammar and high school. Masters in Classics from Fordham University and an M. Div. from Woodstock College. I belonged to the Jesuit order from 1960 until 1984.
  • Experience: High school teacher, college chaplain, prison and hospital chaplain, pastor in Puerto Rico, New York City, and various United Methodist churches in southern New Jersey. I lived with another Jesuit for four months in the skid row section of Portland, Oregon, during the fall of 1976. We kept our status as priests anonymous, so that we could feel what it is like to do day work and be with the folks who are on the margin of life.
  • Family: I was born in Newark and raised in Keary, N.J. I have wonderful older brothers.
  • Hobbies: Singing, piano and guitar playing, learning more and more about webbing for the Bible site that the Lord has led me to develop.
