• Best advice given to me about preaching: If you want your church to do something, make them believe it is their own idea!

• If I could Preach one more time, I would say...: Don't wait too late to accept Jesus as your savior, tomorrow may never come for you!
• Something funny that happened while preaching: In my first pastorate, right in the middle of the message a young boy had to go to the bathroom. In order to get there he had to pass right beside the pulpit area to my right. He could not get his pants down and appeared in the door looking at his mom and when she went to help him we thought he was shouting "don't whip me momma" in reality he was saying :don't help me" needless to say the entire church was roaring in laughter and that pretty much ended that service!
