• One of my favorite illustrations: Find out what the problem is before you fix it. One day a man went to the doctor. He was positive he was dying. He told the doctor, "it hurts when I touch here OUCH, it hurts when I touch here, OUCH, it hurts even when I touch here OOOOOOOOUUUUUCH. The doctor looked at him and said, "Your finger’s broken."
