Not sure there is a direct correlation to preaching here. It's not just about presentation.

Martin Luther King Jr. WAS NOT a Southern Baptist Ministry... He was an American Baptist...

Good presentation. Preaching is not all about presentation but its all about giving hope to the lost and saving soul to the Almighty God.

I viewed this yesterday and thought it must be in the wrong category. Why did you put this out? Why did we need OMG? Is this person a Christian? We need to hear about Christ and the Gospel and Power of the Holy Spirit. Do get a copy of Prof James S Stewart of Edinburgh on "Preaching". Read it. Study it. I had the privilege of sitting under his teaching and we became 'friends'.

Preachers who are in a "church" bubble are missing lots of good information. Of course it would be nice if it was sterile of questionable language and the references were perfect but that's what we get when we intersect with the world as Jesus modeled for us.

Thank you for the outstanding resource. Nancy provided an excellent process to incorporate in how a sermon can be more engaging to the audience and not a rhetorical device that leaves the preacher feeling good about himself/herself. I think it is awesome to learn from other disciplines how pastors can be more effective handling the communication side of preaching. Nancy is not an homiletician so I don't expect her to deal with that but as a presenter she offered a brilliant tool. "What is.... What could be...." As a communicator of God's word we live in a conflicting, dysfunctional environment. What could be fatal to humanity can be navigated and fruitful for a believer who is connected to God. Good job! Thank you.
