I am Tired
I am tired checking the time
Hurrying to move on
To complete one task
Move on to another.
I am tired seeing men suffering
Women crying
Children begging
I am tired going to funerals
Seeing grown men cry
And big women hold their bellies
I am tired!!
I am tired of men killing men
Women gossiping and slandering
Children quarrelling and fighting
Tired, Tired man
Tired of seeing men afflicted by disease
Shackled by drugs
Enslaved by their own evil vices
Tired of children disappearing
Women being raped
Justice being miscarried
I am so tired of it all
Tired of seeing old men and women
Struggling with Arthritis.
Toe-less, footless, old men and women
Plague with diabetes..
I am tired….
