When America first entered Baghdad and overthrew Saddam, the people cheered. Shortly after, however, their cheers turned to jeers and anger.

The crowd in Jerusalem had seen and heard about Jesus, the Prophet/King/Messiah. Some of them had been healed. Others had been fed. All had jumped on the band wagon when things were going well.

But like the Iraqi’s, when they realized their Messiah didn’t meet their expectations, their shouts of joy turned to screams of “Crucify”.
