The use of cash for payments over $100 may soon be come illegal and virtually all paychecks will be required to paid via direct deposit. Its all part of a federal program in the works by the FDIC. This could have serious negative impact on churches that don’t typically issue a receipt for cash donations. It looks like a far reaching ‘big-brother-is-watching” program.
