LET IT OUT

Only 15% of Americans say they let their feelings out often, although 80% believe it is healthy to do so. A national study reveals 63% of Americans think people are too bottled-up when it comes to their emotions. 40% let it out in the average week and 11% can’t even remember the last time they did so. The top two emotions people feel after letting it out are "relief" (57%) and "peace" (32%). To let it out in a positive way, 73% seek support from others. (PR Newswire 3/23/07)
