The detector could detect fluctuations in the earth’s magnetic field caused by visitations from alien spacecraft. The final selling price was $135.03.
A grilled cheese sandwich said to bear the image of the Virgin Mary sold for $28,000. A "haunted" walking cane went for $65,000. One buyer paid $263 for Britney Spears’ chewing gum, and a potato chip shaped like a cowboy went for $1,000.
