10% HOMOSEXUALITY IS A MYTH
Just 2.9% of Americans over age 18 identify themselves as lesbian, gay or bisexual, according to a groundbreaking poll by New York’s Hunter College. Gay-activist groups and the mainstream media often cite a 10% figure. This poll roughly agrees with the University of Chicago’s landmark National Health and Social Life Survey, which found only 1.4% of women consider themselves lesbian or bisexual and only 2.8% of men as gay or bisexual.
