STRENGTH WON'T DO IT

My Dad died in Dec 04. He was the strongest man I ever knew...he was the most honest man I ever knew….he was a good farmer...good mechanic ...good Dad...good husband...but he wasn't strong enough to defeat death. If I could write down the good deeds my Dad done in his life on paper, I couldn't have hauled the list in the back of his old red Ford pickup.

But that’s not what got him in Heaven and reunited with Mom.

Ephesians 2:8-9 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.

God said, come let us reason together ...you can’t make it on your own...the only way is through my son Jesus Christ
