Those who are saved through encountering Jesus are transformed. This is to be expected, since He is very God in human flesh.

After attempting to make Jesus King, Jewish followers were astounded to be rebuked by Him. We can learn a great deal about the salvation the Master offers by studying the account provided by John.

Jesus presented Himself as God, only to be rejected by the theologians. Would we have reacted any differently? John compels us to think seriously about our own response to Jesus, the Living God.
