Summary: Examines three descriptions of God’s power: Resurrection power, Ruling power, and Returning power.
Intro:
It is my belief that we have ignored a great resource
available to all Christians: That of God’s
great POWER. Paul prayed that the Ephesians might know
and experience that power, and I pray that today’s Christian might do the same. It’s no small thing...and
nothing to be ignored:
THREE DESCRIPTIONS OF GOD’S POWER
I. RESURRECTION POWER (EPH 1:19-21)
II. RULING POWER (EPH 1:22-23)
III. RETURNING POWER (REVELATION 19:11-20)
Application:
If we know Jesus, we have NOTHING to fear...
If we don’t know Jesus, we have EVERYTHING
to fear
