Shine Your Light Oh Lord! (Part2) Series

Summary: His light shine into every life of His people. Now that we are facing a challenge of Disconnection(no church, no fellowship), I believe that we can all get over with this in the help of our faithful God.

Introduction:
Praise the Lord!
Today We celebrate 12 years of God’s Faithfulness in the Church, the Body of Christ of CGC Mambog
His light shine into every life of His people.
You have seen , experienced, and witnessed the faithfulness of God in your life.
Now that we are facing a challenge of Disconnection(no church, no fellowship), I believe that we can all get over with this in the help of our faithful God.
After this pandemic, Community Quarantine, everybody will continue in the Lord, better than before.
For we know that His coming is near.
Discussion:
Psalm 57:5 Be exalted, O God, above the heavens!
Let your glory be over all the earth!
This is the prayer of my heart, that Jesus will always be praised, magnified in each of your life. His Light continue to shine on you, seen on you as a true disciple of Jesus Christ.
His Glory and Light be over us.
Light is linked with God’s Glory, Goodness, Holiness, Life, Righteousness, Word
When we have the Light of Christ, darkness fades away. There should be no dark areas in our life that will prevail.
No shame, will prevail in you – because God’s glory is with you.
God is able to erase those shameful areas of your life.
“Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame.” Romans 10:11
No vices will prevail in you, you are able to overcome the call of vices, works of the flesh…
No bad behavior or character is able to prevail in you – for God’s light will shine on you.
When we switch ON the Light of the Lord in our Life; the Lord is able to bring LIGHT in every area of our life.
His PEACE, LOVE will rest in the family
The Question is, are we willing to Believe, Obey, and Submit in the will of the Lord in your life?
God is light (1 John 1:5), and so is His Son. Jesus said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life” (John 8:12).
To “walk” is to make progress.
Therefore, we can infer from this verse that Christians are meant to grow in holiness and to mature in faith as they follow Jesus (see 2 Peter 3:18).
18 But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever! Amen.
(18 Sa halip, patuloy kayong lumago sa kagandahang-loob ng ating Panginoon at Tagapagligtas na si Jesu-Cristo, at sa pagkakilala sa kanya. Sa kanya ang kaluwalhatian, ngayon at magpakailanman! Amen.)
Do you believe that Jesus is the Light of your Life? - - many will say “YES”, the Question is?
Are you willing to Obey (Jesus)? – many will answer “YES”
“Sometimes”, “It Depends”,
That obedience with “Condition”
“if only wanted”
It depends – “if there’s time”, “if I am in the mood” , “if the command is easy”
Brethren, if you want to Enlighten your life, you must Follow and Obey Jesus
Are you willing to Obey and SUBMIT to the Lord? To His will?
Keep in mind that Every will of the Lord is for our good.
Remember this:
When God wills to save you, He sent Jesus as ransom for our sins
God wills to fix your broken life, He sent the Holy Spirit for you to be with you, Help, comfort and guide (wisdom) in your life.
CONNECT:
Brethren in the LIGHT of His Word, every form of Darkness is exposed and fades away ; Jesus never wants you to live in darkness anymore.
(Mga Kapatid, Sa ilalim ng Puting Ilaw , bawat anyo ng Kadiliman ay nahahayag(expose) at naglalaho… Yan ang KALOOBAN ni LORD, maglaho ang lahat ng Madilim na anyo sa iyong Buhay… )
The will of the Lord is for you to overcome darkness in your life, by living in the Light of Jesus, which is in you.
In (1 Thessalonians 5:5) says:
“You are all children of the light and children of the day. We do not belong to the night or to the darkness”
(5 Kayong lahat ay kabilang sa panig ng liwanag, sa panig ng araw, hindi sa panig ng gabi o ng dilim.)
The Lord wants us to SHIne , His plan is to SHINE HIS LIGHT in us, by becoming more like Jesus Christ…
We are not becoming like Jesus, when we choose to stay in darkness.
(Hindi tayo nagiging katulad ni Kristo, kapag nananatili tayo sa dilim ng buhay.)
God is the Creator of physical light(Aurora Borealis, Sun, Moon, Stars) as well as the Giver of spiritual light by which we are able to see the Truth.
Mamuhay Ka kapatid sa Liwanag ni Kristo.Payagan mo si Lord magliwanag sa Buhay.
And HIS Glory will SHINE in YOU.. SHINE, SHINE SHINE, HIS GLORY SHINE in YOU…
