Summary: "My precious child, I love you and will never leave you Never, ever, during your trials and testings. When you saw only one set of footprints, It was then that I carried you."

Ezekiel36:26 A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.

27And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them.

Romans8:1-So now there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus.

2- And because you belong to Him, the power of the life-giving Spirit has freed you from the power of sin that leads to death.

5- Those who are dominated by the sinful nature think about sinful things, but those who are controlled by the Holy Spirit think about things that please the Spirit.

14- For all who are led by the Spirit of God are children of God.

15- So you have not received a spirit that makes you fearful slaves. Instead, you received God’s Spirit when He adopted you as His own children. Now we call Him, “Abba, Father.”

16- For His Spirit joins with our spirit to affirm that we are God’s children.

17- And since we are His children, we are His heirs.

In fact, together with Christ we are heirs of God’s glory.

But if we are to share His glory, we must also share His suffering.(NLT)

“The Holy Spirit leaves no footprints in the sand.”(AbrahamKuyper)

The Spirit is like the wind (John 3:8)-elusive and mysterious

-but nonetheless real and marvelous.

The effect of Spirit’s activity is in contrast with the effect of the OT Law. Whereas the effect of the Law was to define sin and thus bring about the verdict of death, the Spirit brings life.

The same Presence that fills Jesus Christ has come to fill us.

“And Thy glory which Thou gavest Me have I given them” (John7:22)

God gives us the power to become spiritually minded through the Holy Spirit so that Christ’s life can be manifested in us and through us.

WHAT ARE THE FOOTPRINTS OF THE HOLY SPIRIT IN OUR HEARTS?:

1 God’s Eternal Fellowship:

The first thing you can count on from the Holy Spirit is that He will be with you forever. “And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever; the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you.”

(John14:16-17)

So the Holy Spirit will be with us forever,

in this life, through death, and in the next life,

He is our unity with God

2 God’s Wisdom:

“The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom” (Prov.1:7)

Fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom,

but love from the Lord is its completion.

(William D. Eisenhower “Fearing God" in Christianity Today)

The more we know God, the more that we will stand in awe of Him.

We are to delight in the fear of God, the fear of God is like a fence that keeps us safe and close to God and it helps us to keep our heart clean and holy before God. The fear of God helps us to experience the joy of a clean heart before God.

For me, the fear of the Lord is:

Loving what God loves

Hating what God hates

And doing what God wants me to do...

It is also knowing how to use our day...

Our days had been numbered by God.

That we should be conscious of our human limitations contrasted with "From everlasting with that of our God.”

“Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom.”

(Psalm 90:12)

*”Dream as if you’ll live forever, live as if you’ll die today.” -JamesDean

But i would rather paraphrase it this way...

”Dream and (hope) as if you’ll live forever,

live (forgive) as if you’ll die today.”

*”Nobody can go back and start a new beginning,

but anyone can start today and make a new ending.” — Maria Robinson

3 God’s Illumination of the Word

Seeing what God wants me to see

We don’t just read the Bible but a conviction and the Power to do what the Bible is telling us to do and live

We learn to listen through the Bible

Here obedience is a joy!

No longer enduring but enjoying

We live by faith... through the Word!

As we received the Holy Spirit in our lives, we will experience what David had written in Psalm42:7’s “...deep calling the deep”

In Conclusion:

Galatians3:1- O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you?
