You Cannot Overcome Unless You Have Endured... 7 Words Of Encouragement Series

I know you’re not supposed to Text while driving, but how about writing down what GOD lays on your heart at the instance HE gives it? even if you’re driving to work! I’m not advocating that you do this, and I probably should have pulled over to the side of the road. Praise the LORD for angels watching over my driving while jotting down on my cell phone notepad what the LORD gave to me. (any LEO’s reading this, please disregard my confession)

The following was given to me by HIS SPIRIT on my drive to work today and I know I must share it with you as a word of encouragement.

This morning, while listening to the Daily Audio Bible with Brian Harden (I encourage you to listen online or download the free DAB app https://dailyaudiobible.com/resources/mobile-app/ and listen daily…Faith comes by hearing…so listen UP, and get GOD’s WORD IN you), at the end of the scripture reading, in his commentary, Brian said these 7 words…

“...You cannot Overcome, unless you have Endured...”

WOW, 7 P-o-w-e-r-f-u-l Words…These words sank deep in my heart and stirred up my spirit by GOD’s SPIRIT. Then the LORD gave me remembrance of HIS WORD, which says it all…

As the saying goes…this will preach. Let GOD’s WORD encourage your heart today as I know HE gave it to me to share with you.

You WILL Overcome that which you are enduring…

Romans 12:21 (NKJV)

21 Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

1 John 5:4 (NKJV)

4 For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith.

Hebrews 10:36-39 (NKJV)

36 For you have need of endurance, so that after you have done the will of God, you may receive the promise:

37 “For yet a little while, And He who is coming will come and will not tarry.

38 Now the just shall live by faith; But if anyone draws back, My soul has no pleasure in him.”

39 But we are not of those who draw back to perdition, but of those who believe to the saving of the soul.

James 1:2-4 (NKJV)

2 My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, 3 knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. [ENDURANCE] 4 But let patience [ENDURANCE] have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.

Ephesians 6:10, 13, 16 (NKJV)

10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.

13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand [ENDURE] in the evil day, and having done all, to stand [OVERCOME].

16 above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one.

Philippians 4:13 (NKJV) I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. [THIS IS HOW WE OVERCOME]

Revelation 12:10-11 (KJV)

10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night. 11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

[ENDURED & OVERCAME!]

So, no matter what you are going through, the LORD is saying…

You WILL OVERCOME because You WILL ENDURE by CHRIST’S BLOOD (LIFE), SAVING POWER and MIGHT!
