2 Thessalonica 1:3-5 (NKJV)
3 We are bound to thank God always for you, brethren, as it is fitting, because your faith grows exceedingly, and the love of every one of you all abounds toward each other, 4 so that we ourselves boast of you among the churches of God for your patience and faith in all your persecutions and [a]tribulations that you endure, 5 which is manifest[b] evidence of the righteous judgment of God, that you may be counted worthy of the kingdom of God, for which you also suffer;

the goal of the silversmith is to see his own image in the silver, then that means the processing of silver is already completed.
Our goal in the same way is to see Jesus Christ in our life.
We are the silver in the story, the Lord is our Silversmith. Just like the potter and the clay, and the gold and the goldsmith.
God’s desire is that we grow in faith as we walk with Him. Faith is not merely a one-time event through which we were saved; rather, it’s a continuous way of life from the point of salvation forward.
Dapat na habang lumalaon, ang pagsunod natin kay Jesu-Kristo, ang pananampalataya natin ay lumalalim at lumalago
Ang lalim ng ating pananampalataya ay (Our degree of faith in the Lord) naka-aapekto sa bawat area ng ating buhay tulad ng ating
Kaisipan – thougths, the way we think, di ka na masama mag-isip ngayon…
Di ka na critical thinker, yung biyaya ni Lord, lagi mong nakikita, sa mga sitwasyon at sa mga tao
Pananalangin – nag bibigay na ba tayo ng oras sa pakikipag-usap sa ating Diyos
Ugali o behavior o character – nararanasan na ba natin ang nabagong ugali – for the good, pagganda nito, hindi pagsama ng ugali
kung nun dati, madali kang magalit, nakapagmumura ka pa
ngayon iba ka na, nabago na, nakakapagpigil ka na at nakakasalita na ng mahinahon, (parang hindi ikaw dati) nababanaag na si Jesu-Kristo sa buhay mo.

Decisions
Kapag dumadanas ka ng pagsubok, nararamdaman, na iba na, dati gulong-gulo ka. Ngayon kasama mo na ang Banal na Espiritu, nagbibigay sa iyo ng kapayapaan.
Emotions – Faith has the power to influence emotions. When our minds are filled with doubts about God, anxiety and fear rush in. Imbes na magtiwala kay Jesu-Kristo na Panginoon, at umasa sa Kanyang kapangyarihan, sinusubukan nating gawin sa ating sarili ang mga bagay.
This time iba na, inuuna na natin ang pagtitiwala sa Panginoon sa mga sitwasyon, binibigay natin sa Kanya sa pamamagitan ng pananalangin na may pagtitiwala at pasasalamat.
Ang pundasyon na ng ating buhay ay si Hesu-kristo, at ang pananampalataya sa Kanya sa lahat ng bagay sa buhay natin. Pag lumago ang Pananampalataya, ang FOCUS ng buhay ay Diyos at hindi ang ating sarili, at hindi ang sariling kakayahan.
Things You Need to Grow in Faith.
We associate Grow sa paglago katulad ng mga plants/halaman (plantito, plantita)
Plants – need water, sun, soil, caretaker
1. We need Spiritual Food - Like a new-born babe
2 as newborn babes, desire the pure milk of the word, that you may grow [a]thereby,
Crave for spiritual food tulad ng isang bata kung paano maghanap ng pagkain.
14 But solid food belongs to those who are [a]of full age, that is, those who by reason of [b]use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.

2. We need Discipler – Leader, pastor, cellLeader
God designed it this way – in Psalm 23 (King David)
23 I will establish one shepherd over them, and he shall feed them—My servant David. He shall feed them and be their shepherd. 24 And I, the LORD, will be their God, and My servant David a prince among them; I, the LORD, have spoken.
Jesus designed it this way like a sheep with his shepherd
“I am the good shepherd; the good shepherd lays down His life for the sheep.
17 He said to him the third time, “Simon, son of [e]Jonah, do you [f]love Me?” Peter was grieved because He said to him the third time, “Do you love Me?”
And he said to Him, “Lord, You know all things; You know that I love You.”
Jesus said to him, “Feed My sheep.
