Breaking the Curse of Poverty

There are some practical laws that govern prosperity. Everything you ignore can cause you harm. (Running a red Light, jumping of the side of a cliff)

If you want to experience financial prosperity that God has designated for your life, you should understand how these laws operate in the spiritual and in the natural.

If you want to cancel insufficiency and lack, you should know the economic plan God has for your life.

Ps 37:18-19

Integrity is not being perfect; it is that you are connected to God. His children. Even when in trouble, God will protect your inheritance. The God you serve has a plan to protect you in times of Need! He has a plan to prosper you. Wherever there is bad news, but not you your house. There may be lack around you but not in your house!

God receives no honor with your poverty. God doesn’t want you to be worried about bills you don’t pay. As a Father, he wants the best for his children.

As a believer, you have a right to prosper in every area of your life. Spiritual, Financial, Emotional, Social, Mental and Phisical.

God wants this church to be attractive to society. In this place, they breath the excellence of God. So that we can be the means of God connecting to humanity.

Poverty is the Devils idea.

Abundant life is for NOW and in Heaven. Because the Laws of God govern us on the earth.

5 Laws the Govern Prosperity

I. The Law of Making Good Decisions. (God Decions)

Prov. 13:16

Wisdom is more than Silver and Gold. Wisdom is not information or knowledge. Wisdom is the practical application of what you know.

Everything you know, you apply it. Life is made up of the decisions we make.

Wise people think before the act. Impulse buyers don’t think before they buy. You went to the store, you liked it, you bought it and now you have to pay for it. People live their lives based on emotions not budget, not thinking things through. Think, Calculate, and consider the cost of the money you spend. Have you ever gotten paid and been broke the next day?

Prov. 21:5

Wise people meditate on the word of God. The Word is the fountain of wisdom. In this book is the way and the reasons all things were created and the way things work.

Joshua 1:8

You need to meditate on the things you are learning. You can’t walk away from today’s sermon and say “that was nice” and not meditate on it. You go home and you connect to your rutine but disconnect from your prosperity.

Poverty is the result of ignoring the principles of God.

Meditate is to pay attention to it. Allowing for that word to penetrate. When that word begins to produce and transfer into your heart. When that word begins to produce life inside of you, I can assure you that the images change inside of you, you have a new focus, you see family, yourself and finances differently.

Who is responsible of making our way prosper? We are! By meditating on God’s word, we don’t have to ask God to prosper us, we will cause it. Don’t ask God for something he already gave you. Instead of meditate on the problem, meditate on the word. We meditate on problems, no on word.

Wise people keep of record of how their money is being spent and make adjustments when necessary.

Wise people Cancel credit card debt pay their utilities on time

II. The Law of Diligent Work

Prov 12:24

Prov. 12:27

Diligent people develop strong work habits and apply their lives to producing economic increase.

Prov 6:8

Diligence attracts prosperity to your life.

Prov. 10:4

Practical Advice:

Find something that you can do that can turn into services rendered to others, and begin to do that.

Be consistent in what you are doing. Consistency and prosperity walk together.

Diligent people attract God’s attention and people’s attention.

III. The Law of Living in a Budget

Luke 14:28

People that don’t live with a budget ALWAYS spend more than they have.

Make a reasonable budget so that you can see where you money is going.

Make a list of what you make, what you owe, what you have, what you spend

Make the necessary adjustments

People that develop a habit of saving then have resources they can invest and multiply.

Our economic future begins today not tomorrow.

People that don’t save money in the day and are always in financial problems.
