VIII. MAIN BODY:

A. Blood of bulls and goats

"Because the blood of bulls and goats"

Blood is "aima" in Greek meaning, "blood", "juice of grapes" hence in the Holy Communion, grapes is used to represent the blood of the LORD JESUS CHRIST. It was Divine plan of GOD that even before the foundation of the world, the blood of CHRIST is our redemption.

1 Peter 1:19-20 (Amplified Bible)

1:19 But [you were purchased] with the precious blood of Christ (the Messiah), like that of a [sacrificial] lamb without blemish or spot.

1:20 It is true that He was chosen and foreordained (destined and foreknown for it) before the foundation of the world, but He was brought out to public view (made manifest) in these last days (at the end of the times) for the sake of you.

Ephesians 1:4 (Amplified Bible)

1:4 Even as [in His love] He chose us [actually picked us out for Himself as His own] in Christ before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy (consecrated and set apart for Him) and blameless in His sight, even above reproach, before Him in love.

John 17:24 (Amplified Bible)

17:24 Father, I desire that they also whom You have entrusted to Me [as Your gift to Me] may be with Me where I am, so that they may see My glory, which You have given Me [Your love gift to Me]; for You loved Me before the foundation of the world.

The LORD had just taken these bulls and goats's blood for HE can't take the blood of humans otherwise, what therefore is the benefit of getting atoned from your sins, if you yourself will die, death of someone innocent is required to pay for the guilty one.

Matthew 12:33 (Amplified Bible)

12:33 Either make the tree sound (healthy and good), and its fruit sound (healthy and good), or make the tree rotten (diseased and bad), and its fruit rotten (diseased and bad); for the tree is known and recognized and judged by its fruit.

Micah 6:6-8 (Amplified Bible)

6:6 With what shall I come before the Lord and bow myself before God on high? Shall I come before Him with burnt offerings, with calves a year old?

6:7 Will the Lord be pleased with thousands of rams or with ten thousands of rivers of oil? Shall I give my firstborn for my transgression, the fruit of my body for the sin of my soul?

6:8 He has showed you, O man, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you but to do justly, and to love kindness and mercy, and to humble yourself and walk humbly with your God?

Micah even he was an old testament prophet living in old testament ways, realized that the LORD really require a living sacrifice long before Romans 12:1 was written in the New Testament of Grace.

Romans 12:1 (Amplified Bible)

12:1 I APPEAL to you therefore, brethren, and beg of you in view of [all] the mercies of God, to make a decisive dedication of your bodies [presenting all your members and faculties] as a living sacrifice, holy (devoted, consecrated) and well pleasing to God, which is your reasonable (rational, intelligent) service and spiritual worship.

B. Powerless to take sins away

"is powerless to take sins away"

Powerless or it is not possible where the Greek word: "adunatos" was used means weak, impossible, impotent. For we know only the blood of the Lamb can take away the sins of the world.

John 1:29 (Amplified Bible)

1:29 The next day John saw Jesus coming to him and said, Look! There is the Lamb of God, Who takes away the sin of the world!
