Summary: Paul writes to his Roman bretheren to warn them against people that cause division and offenses. There are two commands that he gives.

AVOID DISRUPTIVE PEOPLE

Now I urge you, brethren, note those who cause divisions and offenses, contrary to the doctrine which you learned, and avoid them. For those who are such do not serve our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly, and by smooth words and flattering speech deceive the hearts of the simple. For your obedience has become known to all. Therefore I am glad on your behalf; but I want you to be wise in what is good, and simple concerning evil.

And the God of peace will crush Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.

Romans 16:17-20

TWO COMMANDS

1) MARK THEM 2 THESS 3:14

14 And if any man obey not our word byd this epistle, note that man, and have no company with him, that he may be ashamed. 15 Yet count him not as an enemy, but admonish (Warn) him as a brother.

2) AVOID THEM 1 COR 5: 9-11

Wherefore we laboura, that, whether present or absent, we may be accepted of him. 10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad. 11 Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men; but we are made manifest unto God; and I trust also are made manifest in your consciences.
