The eyes of the Lord are in every place, keeping watch on the evil and the good. Proverbs-15:3

Agreeing to this verse, nothing ever gets out the observation of God, and then nothing ever surprises him. He always delivers the right plans in place to achieve exactly what he wants. The eye of the Lord watches both evil and good, what we experience with our eyes is narrow sight, sight based on worldly experiences and knowledge, but the eyes of the Lord has a wide view through which he can see both good and malevolent in the days to come. God is omniscient; He knows everything actual and possible. God is also eternal (Psalm 90:2). As the eternal, omniscient God, He has lived our yesterdays, our todays, and our tomorrows, the past, present, and future. God is the Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End (Revelation 21:6). Our unknown future is in the hands of all-knowing God.

God says in Revelation 3:8 “I know your deeds. See, I have placed before you an open door that no one can shut”. God sees beyond the shut doors, he who has chosen you before you were made in the womb knows the evil and secure behind the doors and his eyes sees all our steps (Job 34:21). He watches over us and he not only sees our steps, but he sustains an eye on us and advises us (Psalms 32:8).

As said in 1 Samuel 16:7 The LORD does not look at the things people look at. People look at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart. Then what does the eyes of the Lord search for? The answer lies in 2 Chronicles 16:9 “For the eyes of the LORD range throughout the earth to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to him”.

So Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2), and let us lift up our eyes to the hills – from whence comes our help? Our help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth (Psalms 121:1-2). As scripture says However, as it is written:

"What no eye has seen, what no ear has heard, and what no human mind has conceived" -- the things God has prepared for those who love him (1 Corinthians 2:9).

The eye of the Lord is upon us and let our eye be fixed on the Lord leaving out worldly distractions. Centering on God so that worldly issues get blurred. Behold, he who keeps Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep. The eyes of the Lord your God is always on you. Amen!!
