To encourage readiness in CHRIST's return
So you, too, must keep watch! For you do not know the day or hour of my return.
Pray that GOD will always stir me up to be always ready at His Second Coming
Be ready for His coming for we don't know when He will return.

VIII. MAIN BODY:
A. Be ready, be prepared.
a. Staying awake - idea of being alive, enthusiastic, alertness, being watchful (1 Thessalonians 5:5-6)
5 For you are all children of the light and of the day; we don’t belong to darkness and night.6 So be on your guard, not asleep like the others. Stay alert and be clearheaded.
2. Watchful (mapagmasid) (Luke 12:37)
The servants who are ready and waiting for his return will be rewarded. I tell you the truth, he himself will seat them, put on an apron, and serve them as they sit and eat!
B. We don't know the day or hour of His return:
And then he told them, “Go into all the world and preach the Good News to everyone.
And whenever those possessed by evil spirits caught sight of him, the spirits would throw them to the ground in front of him shrieking, “You are the Son of God!”
And since you don’t know when that time will come, be on guard! Stay alert
Be ready for His coming, always busy in the LORD's Ministry not in ourselves, be prepared either day or night.
