Don't be a spectator of grace because, you can have "All Access"

Romans 5:1 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: 2 By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. 3 And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; 4 And patience, experience; and experience, hope.

If you have ever been to a concert maybe a country, rock or even gospel. Sometimes before, after or during the show you see these guys walking around with a T-shirt carrying the logo of the band’s tour. Most will have ID cards around their neck. If you look closely at one of those badges it will say: "All Access." It means they can go wherever they want back stage.

They work with the star behind the scenes to make sure it goes well. I have a bunch of those in my scrap book as a reminder of where God brought me from when I was in production business and how He changed my life when I turned back to Him and repented.

Now I have another but, not from some famous rock star or country star. Its backstage with the star of all time, the King of Kings and Lord of Lords the "bright and morning star" – the God who lives in me, who gave me peace that the world could never do. Who loves me enough to give me all access to the very throne of heaven.

Romans 5 1. Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: 2. By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God

These are some of the most comforting words ever written. Therefore being justified.....old saying ...when you see there-fore in the Bible.....see what it's there for. We are justified ( dictionary definition justified: To declare free of blame.

Since we have been declared free of blame ....free of our sins....we have peace with God, no more warring or conflict with God because we have that peace that the Bible says surpasses all understanding.

Php 4:7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Romans 5 We have we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: 2 By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand.

We have access in God's grace because we have faith in God's promises. Grace is the unmerited favor of God because, Jesus died for us. Once we accept Jesus ask forgiveness, receive Him...we are justified ...forgiven.

We have a new identity and move over to the grace side in which before we were on the dead side, only spectators of grace. Paul said in Eph 2:1 And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins

:

When playing Baseball ...only 2 teams can play....when playing football only 2 teams can play....the same when it comes to salvation....there is only 2 teams ...the grace team and the dead team.

If you don't ask Jesus to be on His grace team...then you will automatically be on the dead team....there is no in between.

When we stand in grace, when we ask Christ into our life. We have a new identity. Our identification picture, passports, driver licenses and other things that would identify us here on earth has not changed but, inside we have a new identity.

A mirror won't reflect the change. But when God looks at us, He see the reflection of his Son Jesus.
