LIVING BREAD

John6: 51I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.

Looking for life at its best. Look to Jesus Christ.

1. His Character (Living Bread)

John 6: 35And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.

John 6: 48I am that bread of life

2.His origin (Came From Heaven)

John 6: 50This is the bread which cometh down from heaven, that a man may eat thereof, and not die.

John 6: 32Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Moses gave you not that bread from heaven; but my Father giveth you the true bread from heaven.

3.His Mission ( To give life)

John 6: 35And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.

John 6: 48I am that bread of life.

4.His Invitation (If any man eats)

1st Cor. 11: 26For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do shew the Lord’s death till he come.

1st Cor.11: 27Wherefore whosoever shall eat this bread, and drink this cup of the Lord, unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord.

5. His Promise (Shall live forever)

John 6: 51I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.

John6: 58This is that bread which came down from heaven: not as your fathers did eat manna, and are dead: he that eateth of this bread shall live for ever.
