Introduction
- facing transitions
- fear and discouragement
1.v.1-4 God’s purposes for Joshua
- Cross to the land (God giving them)
- every place given
- endless territory (1 Cor 2:9)
2.v.5 God’s promises to Joshua
- no man able to stand (Isa 54:17)
- never fail or forsake, with us wherever we go
3.v. 6-9 God’s commands
- be strong and courageous (x3)
- do all the law -> success
- law not depart, meditate day and night, careful to do -> prosperous, success
Conclusion
- Seek and know God’s purposes for our lives, CG, youth ministry, church
- Trust in God’s promises and presence
- Anchor our lives on His Word
