NO PAIN, NO GAIN!

In BODYBUILDING, you have to VISUALIZE of what the BODY ought to LOOK LIKE in order to MAKE it WIN. “The BODY is IMPORTANT, but the MIND is MORE IMPORTANT for the BODY.” In other words, “It’s better to be SMART than just to be STRONG!”

It’s TRUE, if there’s NO PAIN, there’s NO GAIN. On the other hand, “Too MUCH PAIN, NO GAIN.” Why? There’s an ERROR! It requires a CHANGE of ROUTINE. “Upgrade” or REPROGRAM YOUR HEART and MIND!

“Looking unto JESUS the author and finisher of our FAITH; who for the JOY that was SET before Him ENDURED the CROSS, despising the SHAME, and is SET DOWN at the RIGHT HAND of the THRONE of God… We see JESUS… SUFFERING of DEATH, [now] CROWNED with GLORY and HONOR; that He, by the GRACE of God should TASTE DEATH for EVERY [ALL] MAN. FAITH in Jesus CHRIST is YOUR SHIELD (“antivirus”) against the works of the DEVIL, such as, NEGATIVE words (caused by NEGATIVE thoughts, feelings, emotions and attitude), LUSTFUL desires, SELFISH ambition, PRIDE, JEALOUSY, GREED, ANGER, FEAR, DOUBT, self-pity, and resentment.

Are you WILLING to PAY the PRICE? The PRICE is FREE! The COST is “PAID in FULL” by the SUFFERING, shedding of BLOOD and the SACRIFICIAL DEATH of Jesus CHRIST.

You will BEGIN to EXPERIENCE God's FAVOR, if you BELIEVE! YOU will receive God’s GIFT (talent, skill, ability, wisdom, gentleness, self-control, freedom, peace, joy and LOVE). God will GUIDE YOU in ALL your steps or decisions in LIFE and will KEEP YOU from HARM or TROUBLES.

The GATE is NARROW so YOU need to PERSEVERE and ENDURE! Imagine that YOU are on a RACE! Why?

Satan, the devil, is HOARDING the FREE GIFT of God as YOUR INHERITANCE in CHRIST. He doesn't WANT YOU to LIVE a FREE, PEACEFUL, PROSPEROUS, ABUNDANT and VICTORIOUS living.

Jesus CHRIST RESCUED us from the SLAVERY of SIN and SAVED us from the CAPTIVITY of Satan’s KINGDOM. DELIVERED us from DARKNESS. Yes! Satan is a DEFEATED FOE!

Jesus CHRIST DEFEATED Satan, Sin and Death! Jesus CHRIST is ALIVE! He is now SEATED at the HIGHEST POSITION in the VAST UNIVERSE. This is the GOOD NEWS!
