VIII. MAIN BODY:

Matthew 12:34 (Amplified Bible)

You offspring of vipers! How can you speak good things when you are evil (wicked)? For out of the fullness (the overflow, the superabundance) of the heart the mouth speaks.

Matthew 12:34 (King James Version)

O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.

A. How can this generation speak good things when it is evil?

"You offspring of vipers! How can you speak good things when you are evil (wicked)?"

Let's talk about the unbelievers, what do you think the bible has to say to them? What are the bible thoughts of the wicked in this generation of vipers? But the LORD JESUS CHRIST is talking about another evil, He meant to say that this generation, the generation that we lived in are generation of vipers. They call it the generation Y, because X is already done. Very funny, how the world call themselves not knowing the LORD JESUS CHRIST is the missing Y in their lives. They tend to ask questions starting with "Why?" - not meant to apply it but the question of application that you're ready to do it is "How?"

Matthew 23:33 (Amplified Bible)

You serpents! You spawn of vipers! How can you escape the penalty to be suffered in hell (Gehenna)?

Luke 3:7 (Amplified Bible)

So he said to the crowds who came out to be baptized by him, You offspring of vipers! Who secretly warned you to flee from the coming wrath?

Isaiah 59:4 (Amplified Bible)

None sues or calls in righteousness [but for the sake of doing injury to others—to take some undue advantage]; no one goes to law honestly and pleads [his case] in truth; they trust in emptiness, worthlessness and futility, and speaking lies! They conceive mischief and bring forth evil!

Yes, they trust in emptiness, worthlessness and futility.

ILLUSTRATION: One call center agent was telling "you have to trust it, just believe!" I asked her, who to trust? Then she became silent and just laughed because she knows that I will always insist that all trust must need go to the LORD JESUS to be valid. In other words, she trust in emptiness, something that will never be seen because it's empty trust.

Psalms 25:2 (Amplified Bible)

O my God, I trust, lean on, rely on, and am confident in You. Let me not be put to shame or [my hope in You] be disappointed; let not my enemies triumph over me.

Only JESUS CHRIST deserves all the trusts, leaning on, and confidence, or else you will be put to shame because you trusted in emptiness.

Psalms 64:5 (Amplified Bible)

They encourage themselves in an evil purpose, they talk of laying snares secretly; they say, Who will discover us ?

ILLUSTRATION: One agent told me, don't work so hard because your team leader will not see you anyway because he's already at home by then, then I turned to her and said "Yes, but the One you have never seen sees me." And I'm talking about JESUS of course, the One I've been working for. I believe it came from the HOLY SPIRIT what I've just said to her.

Colossians 3:17 (Amplified Bible)

And whatever you do [no matter what it is] in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus and in [dependence upon] His Person, giving praise to God the Father through Him.

Colossians 3:23 (Amplified Bible)

Whatever may be your task, work at it heartily (from the soul), as [something done] for the Lord and not for men,

Of course, majority of them will just laugh at you, because they will never understand a word that you said.
