These are the ears and the eyes that can both hear and see GOD's goodness and kindness revealed here on earth.

Acts 14:17 (Amplified Bible)

Yet He did not neglect to leave some witness of Himself, for He did you good and [showed you] kindness and gave you rains from heaven and fruitful seasons, satisfying your hearts with nourishment and happiness.

People of this world, the unbelievers don't hear and see GOD's goodness and kindness to them, all you can hear from them are complaints and trash talk, they curse themselves and all the people around them, and yet they are happy like that. Their happiness are fake and everything they hear and see are delusions of a depraved and blinded minds.

They are worthless (emptiness, falsity, futility), a work of delusion and worthy of derision; in the time of their inspection and punishment they shall [helplessly] perish.

1 Corinthians 15:17 (Amplified Bible)

And if Christ has not been raised, your faith is mere delusion [futile, fruitless], and you are still in your sins [under the control and penalty of sin];

Ephesians 4:22 (Amplified Bible)

Strip yourselves of your former nature [put off and discard your old unrenewed self] which characterized your previous manner of life and becomes corrupt through lusts and desires that spring from delusion;

1 Thessalonians 2:3 (Amplified Bible)

For our appeal [in preaching] does not [originate] from delusion or error or impure purpose or motive, nor in fraud or deceit.

COMPARE: 2 THESSALONIANS 2:11 AND ROMANS 1:28

2 Thessalonians 2:11 (Amplified Bible)

Therefore God sends upon them a misleading influence, a working of error and a strong delusion to make them believe what is false,
