God's Word Is Invincible

GOD’S WORD IS INVINCIBLE

Jeremiah 36 1:4, 20-23, 27, 28

There’s Men all throughout the ages that’s attempted to destroy God’s word!!!

Throughout the ages there’s been Men that’s tried to make God’s Word Void

or un-important!!!

Here in this reading tonight we find a picture of several ways that men have tried to destroy God’s Word...But every time we’ll see that God’s word is invincible!!!!

There’s been people that’s tried to destroy God’s word with Fire but it comes right back again... right through the flames.....AMEN

Ole King Jehoiakim tried to throw it in the fire....And with Jeremiah’s help the Word came right back again!!!!!

Russia gathered up all the Bibles they could find and they burned them!!!!

And Hitler in all his greed and his power gathered up God’s word and burned it, and he declared that he would write his own bible!!!!!

Russia may burn God’s word...and Hitler may say that he’ll write his own bible...

but people...all the attempt’s will be in vain tonight.....

God’s Word has always and is gonna Prevail on and on and on....

God’s Word has been standing since the world began, in the garden of Eden, and its gonna stand until Jesus Christ splits the eastern sky in all His Glory!!!!!

We’ve read how The king in Vs. 23 took his knife and cut out the pages of God’s word..

And he found out that you can’t cut out any parts of God’s word...

But there’s many today that will try it....

They’ll take one verse and run with it, and then they’ll leave out the more important verses!!!

People all of God’s Word is Important to all of us!!!!!

There’s denominations today that are doing the same thing to God’s Word as we speak..

There’s denominations that cut out the whole book of Psalms...

They Don’t Want No Music in Church!!!!!

My Bible tells me in Psalms 98:4

Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all the earth....make a loud noise, and rejoice, and sing praise!!!!

Vs. 5 says: Sing unto the Lord with the harp

Vs. 6 says with trumpets and sound of cornet make a joyful noise before the Lord!

Psalm 92:3 says:

Upon an Instrument of ten strings and upon the psaltery upon the harp with a solemn sound!!!!

There’s many that will try to say we’re saved by works!!!!

And I used to think the same thing...

I thought that all my help to the seniors would allow me the entrance through the Pearly Gates, onto the Streets of Gold!!

My Bible tells me in the Book of

James 2:14

What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works?

Can faith save Him?????

I don’t think so!!!!!

So many will try to cut out the Gospels..

They’ll take out the Books of

Romans, and Hebrews, and Ephesians, and the list goes on and on....

We can’t cut out any of God’s word

tonight people...We need every word to be able to make it through!!!!

Ephesians 2:5 says:

Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, by grace ye are saved!!!!!

Try cutting that one out tonight!!!!!

VS. 8 says:

For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God!!

I think its about we start studying up, and praying up, and start standing up, and lifting up, the precious name of Jesus Christ....

He’s worthy of our Praise tonight!!!!!

And we’re not worthy of anything that God has to offer us tonight!!!!

We’re not worthy of The Pearly Gates

Nor The Streets of Pure Gold

Nor the Ever flowing River of Life!!!!

We’re not worthy!!!!!!!!!

There’s some denominations that will teach salvation by baptism...People baptism will not save your soul from a devils hell!!!!!

You’ll go down a dry sinner and come up a wet one!!!!!!

Some will teach that if your name is on some church book that you’re Heaven bound.......

I’m SORRY it ain’t happening!!!!!!!

Your name has to be written in

The Lambs book of LIFE!!!!!!

And then they’ll cut out scriptures like

Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ.....

And The Gift of God is Eternal Life!!!

Or What about where God’s Word says,

Looking unto Jesus...OR

The Author and Finisher of our Faith...OR

The Alpha and the Omega?????OR

No Man cometh unto the Father but by me!

OR The Blood of Jesus Christ, the Son, Cleanseth us from all sin......

And Most Important....

YE MUST BE BORN AGAIN!!!!!!!

We can’t leave these parts out tonight people!!!!!

We can’t deny that all are born in sin....

Some will teach us of a one-ness...

But Most of us believe in the plain truth of the Trinity...

We can’t cut out verses like Romans 3:23
