C. Leading Topic: Conquest and Division of the land of Canaan

VIII. MAIN BODY:

A. Not even a word will fail from GOD's Promises

"Not one word failed from all the good words God spoke to the house of Israel."

These promises are for the Israel of GOD, we are the Israel of GOD.

Galatians 6:16 (Amplified Bible)

6:16 Peace and mercy be upon all who walk by this rule [who discipline themselves and regulate their lives by this principle], even upon the [true] Israel of God!

All Promises of GOD are YES- AMEN, It's all fulfilled in CHRIST's life and that life is lived in us.

2 Corinthians 1:20 (Amplified Bible)

1:20 For as many as are the promises of God, they all find their Yes [answer] in Him [Christ]. For this reason we also utter the Amen (so be it) to God through Him [in His Person and by His agency] to the glory of God.

Genesis 12:7 (Amplified Bible)

12:7 Then the Lord appeared to Abram and said, I will give this land to your posterity. So Abram built an altar there to the Lord, Who had appeared to him.

Hebrews 6:18 (Amplified Bible)

6:18 This was so that, by two unchangeable things [His promise and His oath] in which it is impossible for God ever to prove false or deceive us, we who have fled [to Him] for refuge might have mighty indwelling strength and strong encouragement to grasp and hold fast the hope appointed for us and set before [us].

1 Corinthians 1:9 (Amplified Bible)

1:9 God is faithful (reliable, trustworthy, and therefore ever true to His promise, and He can be depended on); by Him you were called into companionship and participation with His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.

Hebrews 13:5 (Amplified Bible)

13:5 Let your character or moral disposition be free from love of money [including greed, avarice, lust, and craving for earthly possessions] and be satisfied with your present [circumstances and with what you have]; for He [God] Himself has said, I will not in any way fail you nor give you up nor leave you without support. [I will] not, [I will] not, [I will] not in any degree leave you helpless nor forsake nor let [you] down (relax My hold on you)! [Assuredly not!]

Luke 21:33 (New International Version)

21:33 Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.

Isaiah 55:11 (Amplified Bible)

55:11 So shall My word be that goes forth out of My mouth: it shall not return to Me void [without producing any effect, useless], but it shall accomplish that which I please and purpose, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.

Every WORD of GOD is reliable and tested, even earth and heaven will stop, will pass away, but GOD's WORDS will never fail.

B. All GOD's Words came to pass

"all came to pass. "

"Everything came out right."

Men's promises are said to be broken but GOD is not a man, that makes broken promises.

Numbers 23:19 (Amplified Bible)

23:19 God is not a man, that He should tell or act a lie, neither the son of man, that He should feel repentance or compunction [for what He has promised]. Has He said and shall He not do it? Or has He spoken and shall He not make it good?
