Summary: TRUTHS ABOUT CARE
I. THE PROBLEM THAT IS COMMON - "CARE"
All of us are confronted with care everyday. financial, social, parental etc.
Contrary to what some people would lead you to believe, the Christian life is not all mountain tops and no valleys. It’s not all sunshine and no rain. It’s not all joy and no pain. We do have cares.
II.THE PRESCRIPTION THAT COUNTERS - "CASTING ALL YOUR CARE UPON HIM"
The word “cast” was also used in that day to mean, “To make a deposit.”
III. THE PROMISE THAT COMFORTS - "HE CARETH FOR YOU"
What a comforting truth to know that God cares for us and that He will perfect the things that concern us.
Worry is a lot like a rocking chair. It won’t get you anywhere, but it sure will keep you busy.
