Summary: The Resurection gives us more than just eternal life, it gives us abundant life!
He’s Alive!
Throughout the Bible we find that God speaks to us concerning the resurrection of Jesus!
a. Jesus predicted it! Matthew 16:21, 26:32
b. God’s plan provided for it! Romans 1:4
c. Scripture gives proof of it! Acts 1:3-5
d. Preachers are to preach about it! Acts 4:33
Now we know that He is Alive, but how does this affect the Believer.
I. Because He’s Alive, He is able to SAVE!
a. Price Paid
b. Penalty forgiven
c. Place called Heaven Prepared
II. Because He’s Alive, He is available to Serve!
a. The Sinner - Saved
b. The Saint - Supplies
c. The Weak - Strength
d. The Dying - Sting removed
III. Because He’s Alive, He is approaching the throne in Supplication!
a. praying for us that are weak - Luke 22:32
b. praying for our church’s at war - John 17:9
