If born again You are “Heaven Bound.” (see John 3)

In these studies your knowledge about Heaven will grow, this increased understanding will I believe enlarge your excitement about being Heaven Bound. Your understanding of the alternative to Heaven which is Hell will also grow and out of that I pray your passion to bring people to heaven with you will also increase.

Misconception about Heaven

Misconceptions about Heaven abound from it being boring and dull to it being one eternal church service. Some people believe that when we go to heaven we are simply absorbed into God’s spiritual world having no recollection of who we were and what we did on earth. Some even teach that there is no Hell and every one goes to Heaven.

Misconceptions about heaven are the lies of someone who has been there and is not getting back in, Satan. (see Isa 14:12-15)

Satan is a liar Jh 8:44,You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father’s desire. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies (see also Rev 13:6)

Satan is jealous and angry that you are Heaven Bound and he hates you if you try to take people to heaven with you.

Satan believes that if he can get us to believe Heaven is a boring, dull, spirit world we will become unexcited and not bother telling others about heaven and the only way to get to heaven.

If Satan can get people to teach ‘all go to heaven’ people will work it out for themselves, why bother living for Jesus, why seek forgiveness.

Heaven Familiar, Physical Tangible

Heaven is spoken of as a Familiar, Physical Tangible place, not a spiritual non physical realm. The words Familiar and Physical are very important to aid our understanding about Heaven.

When we speak of something as physical it something that is tangible something we can touch. Heaven is as physical as you are and the world you live in, the big difference will be it is perfect and sinless.

Heaven is spoken of in the bible as a Garden, City, the New Earth, a Kingdom, a Better Country, Paradise and of course your new House or Mansions await you. John 14:2 In my Father’s house are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going there to prepare a place for you . " Hebrews 11:16 Instead, they were longing for a better country—a heavenly one. Therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God, for he has prepared a city for them (see also 2Corinthians 12:2, 4). to describe heaven

God has revealed glimpses of heaven to us using Familiar, Physical Tangible terms to help us imagine what heaven will be like. Heaven will be a Familiar place with cities, trees, streets only this time they will be perfect.

Imagine Heaven

With the help of the Word of God we can imagine what heaven will be like, take time to dream about heaven, as these studies increase your knowledge let your imagination of heaven also increase. Paul said the following to Timothy, “Reflect on what I am saying, for the Lord will give you insight into all this” 2Tim 2:7 These messages will enhance

our imagination. (see also Ps 119:18)

Commanded to dream of Heaven

Col 3:1-2 Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is seated at the right hand of God. 2Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things

The word “Set” here means literally to actively seek and search for Heaven

Read the following and see how the Holy Spirit will reveal heaven to us 1Cor 2:9 -13 Deu 29:29.
