HELL IS A REAL PLACE

Isaiah 14: 9 Except the LORD of hosts had left unto us a very small remnant, we should have been as Sodom, and we should have been like unto Gomorrah.

10 Hear the word of the LORD, ye rulers of Sodom; give ear unto the law of our God, ye people of Gomorrah.

11 To what purpose is the multitude of your sacrifices unto me? saith the LORD: I am full of the burnt offerings of rams, and the fat of fed beasts; and I delight not in the blood of bullocks, or of lambs, or of he goats.

12 When ye come to appear before me, who hath required this at your hand, to tread my courts?

13 Bring no more vain oblations; incense is an abomination unto me; the new moons and sabbaths, the calling of assemblies, I cannot away with; it is iniquity, even the solemn meeting.

14 Your new moons and your appointed feasts my soul hateth: they are a trouble unto me; I am weary to bear them.

15 And when ye spread forth your hands, I will hide mine eyes from you: yea, when ye make many prayers, I will not hear: your hands are full of blood.

16 Wash you, make you clean; put away the evil of your doings from before mine eyes; cease to do evil;

17 Learn to do well; seek judgment, relieve the oppressed, judge the fatherless, plead for the widow.

The pulpits of our country hell is a forgotten subject but not a forgotten place for the lost .Our T.V.s and radio have a cussing contest using Gods name in vain opening the doors to hell for all people young and old.

Just as sure as there is a Heaven there is a hell. There is a place for the saved there is a place for the lost.

(1) Hell is planned for Satan.

Matt.25: 41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:

The father of all lies

Fallen angels that deny deity

The faithless who deny God’s divinity

(2) Hells population is only sinners

Isaiah 5: 14 Therefore hell hath enlarged herself, and opened her mouth without measure: and their glory, and their multitude, and their pomp, and he that rejoiceth, shall descend into it.

Crowds yet sad and lonely

Crooks of all ages crammed in corners

Company of unbelievers confined no way out

(3) Hell is polluted with sin

Rev.21: 8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

Cursing God and man breathlessly

Trying to get up the walls uncontrolled passion

Corrupt minds never to be cleared again

(4) Hell is painful always suffering

Luke16: 24 And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.

Never satisfied sill craving for sin

Shattered nerves never to be cured

Soul cancer never to be healed

(5) Hell is a pitiful place Screaming

Matt 18: 7 Woe unto the world because of offences! for it must needs be that offences come; but woe to that man by whom the offence cometh!

8 Wherefore if thy hand or thy foot offend thee, cut them off, and cast them from thee: it is better for thee to enter into life halt or maimed, rather than having two hands or two feet to be cast into everlasting fire.

9 And if thine eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: it is better for thee to enter into life with one eye, rather than having two eyes to be cast into hell fire.

Creeps of the lost screaming lost lost lost

Multitude without hope

Call for help with no answer

(6) Hell is personal

Rev.20: 14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.

15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

Conscious of lost love ones

Concern about family now to late

Past and present are all clear not erased

(7) The sentence to hell is permanent

Rev.20: 10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

Condemned for ever

Heavens courts are adjourned forever
