HOLD FAST TO THESE 7 THINGS
Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.
1. Hold fast to that which is Good.
Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.
2. Be faithful to the word.

Titus 1: 9 Holding fast the faithful word as he hath been taught, that he may be able by sound doctrine both to exhort and to convince the gainsayers.
3. Form of sound words.
2nd Timothy 1: 14 That good thing which was committed unto thee keep by the Holy Ghost which dwelleth in us.
4. The confidence & rejoicing of hope.
Hebrews 3: 6 But Christ as a son over his own house; whose house are we, if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm unto the end.
5. Hold to our profession of faith.
Hebrews 10: 22 Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.
23 Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)
6. What we have no one can take away.
Revelation 3: 11 Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.
7. Hold fast and repent.
Revelation 3: 3 Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee.
