And he saw that rest was good, and the land that it was pleasant; and bowed his shoulder to bear, and became a servant unto tribute.

A. Issachar is a strong beast of burden

"Issachar is a strong-boned donkey crouching down between the sheepfolds."

Issachar from the Hebrew word means "he will bring a reward".

Joshua 19:17-23 (Amplified Bible)

The fourth lot fell to Issachar, to its people according to their families.

Their territory included: Jezreel, Chesulloth, Shunem,

Hapharaim, Shion, Anaharath,

Rabbith, Kishion, Ebez,

Remeth, En-gannim, En-haddah, and Beth-pazzez.

The boundary reached to Tabor, Shahazumah, and Beth-shemesh, and ended at the Jordan; sixteen cities with their villages.

This is the inheritance of the tribe of Issachar according to their families, the cities and their villages.

Don't depend on your own strength. Yes, Issachar saw and magnified his strength as an ass that's why he became a slave to the mighty.
