Time to Pray
I. The Range of prayer “Whatsoever”
A.We can come and ask for anything.
B.According to God’s will…
1 John 5:14 And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:
-Nothing is impossible for God.
-Ask for impossible things and watch God answer.
II. The Requirement of Prayer “ye shall ask in my name…”
A. More than just saying the words.
B. Jesus gives us the authority to come in his name.
III. The response to prayer “…that I will do…”
A. God’s promise to us.
B. Jer. 33:3
III. The reason for prayer “…. that the Father may be glorified in the son.
A. Our prayers should not be for selfish gain.
B. But for the Glory of God.
