Topic: LET JESUS WASH YOUR FEET

John 13:6-10King James Version (KJV)

6 Then cometh he to Simon Peter: and Peter saith unto him, Lord, dost thou wash my feet?

7 Jesus answered and said unto him, What I do thou knowest not now; but thou shalt know hereafter.

8 Peter saith unto him, Thou shalt never wash my feet. Jesus answered him, If I wash thee not, thou hast no part with me.

9 Simon Peter saith unto him, Lord, not my feet only, but also my hands and my head.

10 Jesus saith to him, He that is washed needeth not save to wash his feet, but is clean every whit: and ye are clean, but not all.

Beloved, Peter told Jesus to wash His whole body and Jesus told him, one who has bathed needs no full washing again but just his feet because he is clean except his feet.

Beloved when you receive Jesus at salvation and He washes you with His blood and in His blood, you are clean and very very clean.

Due to the activities of man, the flesh we carry and the world we live in and deal with, we fall here and there and we get dust on our feet.

Beloved if we don't allow Jesus to wash off this dust, then, as He told Peter, we have no part with Him. We wont like to enter heaven or live with Jesus with dirty feet. We need to get them washed always.

Beloved every man is fallible and we all have weaknesses and our weaknesses get the better part of us sometimes and we fall. Beloved we need to go to Jesus to seek for pardon anytime we fall.

We are clean, but we need to wash our feet constantly, we are saved, yes; but we need to seek for pardon always for the little things we do that gets our feet dirty.

In His Kingdom we will have no weakness so in going there we need to leave all traces of that and it's associated things here on earth but until Jesus washes it away we can't.

Beloved you don't know when you will die so constantly ask for pardon for the little things that get your feet dirty and ask for pardon for others as well.

If you are for Jesus and you are truly saved, having Jesus wash your feet would be a normal and regular practice for you. If you don't get this, check again if you have truly accepted Jesus and are saved by grace or you are trying to get salvation by works. Anybody saved ought to understand this for his own complete and true salvation.

Beloved, live for Jesus, for *IT'S ALL ABOUT JESUS* and no one else.

Prayer: Jesus, my Lord please pardon me for all the things I do to soil my feet. Wash them for me and keep me in you as you live in me in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
