Our thoughts or God's thoughts - our salvation hinges on this

God already knows every one of my thoughts, I'm deluded if I think they are secret:

Ps 139:4 You (God) know what I am going to say before I even say it. TLB

Heb 4:12-13 (He) is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account.

God wants me to cease from my own thoughts, because without Him, the only One who is good, in those thoughts, they cannot be good thoughts, only wicked ones:

Isa 65:2 I have stretched out My hands all day long to a rebellious people, Who walk in a way that is not good, According to their own thoughts;

Ps 10:4 The wicked, through the pride (the defiant self-will) of his countenance, will not seek after God: God is not in all his thoughts. KJV

Isa 55:7 Let the wicked leave their way of life and change their way of thinking. Let them turn to the LORD, our God...(and from theirs to His thoughts). TEV

God wants me to think His thoughts, they are my Salvation, then speak them to others,

Jer 29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace (the Hebrew word literally means Salvation – thoughts of deliverance, preservation, safety, healing and wholeness) and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope (Salvation and an eternity with Me).

Ps 40:5 You have multiplied, O LORD my God...your thoughts toward us; none can compare with you! I will proclaim and tell of them, yet they are more than can be told. ESV

This is how Jesus lived, God, by the Holy Sprit continually giving Him His thoughts:

Luke 3:22 And the Holy Spirit descended in bodily form like a dove upon Him (Jesus)...(And what was the result, how did He then live?)

John 5:30 (Jesus) I am able to do nothing from Myself, independently, of My own accord — but only as I am taught by God and as I get His orders. Even as I hear, I judge, I decide as I am bidden to decide. As the voice comes to Me, so I give a decision, and My judgment is right, just, righteous, because I do not seek or consult My own will, I have no desire to do what is pleasing to Myself, My own aim, My own purpose, but only the will and pleasure of the Father Who sent Me. AMP (this was the mind of the Holy Spirit Jesus lived by)

John 20:22 (Jesus) said to them (and says to us) "Receive the Holy Spirit” .

Eph 5:18 (God says it again) ...Be filled with (under the influence of) the Spirit,

God intends for you and me to live as Jesus lived. How? By you and me having the same spiritual mind that was in Christ – the Holy Spirit, so that God can think His thoughts in us to free us and lead us and speak them through you and me to others:

1 John 2:6 Anyone who says he is a Christian should live as Christ did. TLB

Phil 2:5 Let this mind (not a brain, since clearly Jesus’ brain didn’t control His will, but The Holy Spirit did) be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, (so that I can live like Jesus did, thinking, knowing and doing God’s thoughts:)

Let’s be absolutely clear on this – the mind of Christ is the Holy Spirit of Christ

1 Cor 2:16 "Who has known the mind of the Lord” this scripture is quoting from:

Isa 40:13 Who has measured the Spirit of the Lord. ESV

To have God the Holy Spirit living fully within our own spirits is to have the mind of Christ, the very thoughts of God, to govern us so that we may speak them to others:

1 Cor 2:11-12 What person perceives, knows and understands what passes through a man's thoughts except the man's own spirit within him? Just so no one discerns, comes to know and comprehend the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God. AMP Now we have received...the Spirit who is from God...(and therefore God’s thoughts).

1 Cor 2:13-16 So then, we do not speak in words taught by human wisdom, but in words taught by the Spirit, as we explain spiritual truths to those who have the Spirit. TEV ...We have the mind of Christ.

God gives the Holy Spirit, the mind of Christ, to those who obey Him, who commit their life and all their works unto Him so that their thoughts then become God’s thoughts:
